This is the first step in the home staging process. Includes a 2 hour complete walk through of the home to evaluate your staging needs, while seller takes notes of the recommendations. On the spot changes will be made where applicable. Seller can then choose to implement the changes themselves, or request additional staging services.
2 hour consult- $250
Open house/
photo ready
This service is ideal for those who have all items ready and just need a little help pulling it all together. Stager will come right before photo session or open house to ensure that your home looks its very best for potential buyers.
$250 up to 3 hours

Key room staging
This 4 hour service includes staging for the key rooms in the home that appeal to the buyer the most (living room, kitchen, master bed & bath). Stager will create a design plan and provide accessories as needed to help your home look its best, as well as pull the entire look together. Includes 1 month rental fee.
Investment-$1,000
full staging
Make a lasting impression with potential buyers by showcasing the whole home to its fullest potential. This full day (6-8 hour) service includes staging for all rooms of the house and 1 month rental fee. Stager will create a custom design plan and accessorize as needed to make each room look its best, and pull the look together in each room to bring the most appeal to potential buyers.
